Where is the Netair office located and what are the operating hours?
Netair's call centre is located in the Air Canada Vacations Montreal office and is open from Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Eastern Time).

Why should I use Netair.ca?
Our online reservations system provides the flexibility to book when you want, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (with some restrictions regarding ticketing hours). Seat selection is free of charge.

Do I need a password to access Netair.ca?
Yes. Simply click on “Not a member?” then fill in the required fields and submit the request. If you don’t remember your password, use the “Forgot my password”button for fast and easy access.
Please note that your agency must first have an account with Air Canada Vacations.

Can I continue to make bookings through Leisure Link, Directours, Amadeus and Apollo?
No. From now on, all online reservations must be made through Netair.ca

What is the method of payment?
WRA, company cheques or credit cards (a maximum of 1 credit card entry per passenger), provided the same method of payment is used per passenger.

Is final payment required at time of booking?
No. You will have a 48-hour payment option, except on Fridays, whereby payment must be completed by 4:00 p.m. (due to Netair offices being closed on Saturdays and Sundays), and in cases in which advance purchase or ticketing deadlines are more restrictive. Full payment is required before the option deadline in order to confirm the file. File will auto-cancel if no payment has been applied to the file at the time that the option ends.

How will credit card payments be processed?
Credit card payments will be processed following BSP rules and procedures.

Are fares shown in the system up-to-date?
Yes. Netair is up to date with rates and seats sales. If your requested rate is not appearing in Netair, simply contact our call centre and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

What type of confirmation do I receive when making an online booking?
When you make a booking on Netair.ca, you will see a Netair booking reference with 5 characters (Apollo locator). You can refer to this booking reference when trying to retrieve your file through the system. You also have access to your itinerary/e-tickets on viewtrip.com by using the Apollo locator as the confirmation number.

How can I manage an existing booking?
In order to avoid any mistakes or technical issues, it is safer to contact our call centre to make any changes or to cancel a file.

Will tickets be issued on BSP?
Yes. All tickets will be issued by Netair on BSP ticket stock.

Can you book with other airlines in Netair.ca?
Yes. Netair offers flights with Air Canada as well as other airlines.

Can I book an open jaw reservation?
Yes. The online reservation system allows you to make open jaw bookings. Some restrictions may apply based on different contracts. If an open jaw is not coming up, you may always verify with one of our agents.

Is technical support available with the new system?
Yes. Agents can e-mail Netair at info@netair.ca or call 1-877-752-7710 with any inquiries. All e-mails will be handled within 24 business hours between Monday and Friday.

Is the system’s information on availability accurate?
Yes. The system provides accurate information on availability, as it is linked directly with Apollo. However, if you see availability in Apollo but it is not coming up in our system, please advise so we can fix the situation.

Can I book stopovers?
Yes. Some restrictions may apply based on our contract. In order to book any stopovers you will need to call 1-877-752-7710 or send an e-mail to info@netair.ca for assistance.

Does Netair offer seat selection?
Yes. You can call 1-877-752-7710 or e-mail info@netair.ca for seat selection.

Can I mix different class of service?
Yes, if the contract allows mixing classes.

Can Executive Class be booked through Netair.ca?
Yes. We offer Executive Class service on selected destinations.

Can I add a Special Service Request (SSR) or passenger's Aeroplan number to my file?
Yes. You may add them in the "Add Remarks" field. Name on reservation must be exact name on Aeroplan card.

Can a car or hotel portion be added to a Netair booking?
No. Netair does not offer car or hotel portions.

What happens if I make a change before the ticket is issued?
Additional fees may apply, depending on the difference in fare and taxes.

Where can rules regarding ticketing and penalties be found?
Rules can be found on our website by clicking on the "i" icon located on every contract line. However, you may always call 1-877-752-7710 or e-mail info@netair.ca <mailto:info@netair.ca> for further assistance or clarification.

Can reverse fare be booked with Netair?
Yes. Netair now offers reverse fare. You may call 1-877-752-7710 for terms and conditions.

Can I add commission on Netair files?
Yes. You can mark up to a maximum of 25% on the NET fares and only taxes are shown on the ticket. However, on our Pure published contracts, no commission is permitted and fare will be shown on the ticket.

What exactly is the ACV & Me Program? Does it apply to Netair bookings?
ACV&ME is Air Canada Vacations’ recognition program for travel agents. The program allows agents to earn ACV&ME points on bookings and redeem these points towards select rewards. Unfortunately, Netair bookings are not applicable towards the ACV&ME program.
